Interior Walls

This living room is the interior wall of the South side of the courtyard. It's kind of difficult to photograph because the light in the courtyard is always brighter than the light in the room, so the camera takes it's light cues from the brighter light.

This window is framed by some beautiful alligator juniper, left in it's natural shapes. We also have a small stained glass piece made by a friend which we will hang in the upper left corner of the window, where there is a crack in the glass. We found these graceful curving tree branches near Oak Creek and thought they would be a nice touch -- perhaps a location for little "tree houses" for our cats. But so far the cats have shown no interest in climbing them.

Cats! Go figure!

This is the same wall at night. Still difficult to get a good picture.... Oh, well, maybe it's a "You had to be there" thing.
